Serve as site health and safety SME to develop and lead occupational safety programs, hazard control, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, training, and safety projects. Guide cross-functional teams on Safety Operating System implementation, regulatory compliance, ergonomics, industrial hygiene monitoring, and continuous improvement. Represent the company with external auditors and regulators.

Manage the Occupational Safety team to administer plant-wide safety programs, compliance, emergency response, incident investigations, inspections, root cause analyses, training, and KPI reporting. Collaborate with Health & Safety leadership, facility teams, regulators, and unions to identify hazards, develop corrective actions, and drive safety culture. Oversee documentation, staffing, performance management, and implementation of corporate safety policies and plant-specific loss control programs.

Support manufacturing dimensional control by applying GD&T, inspecting components with CMM/3D scanning/laser gauges, developing control plans, leading variability reduction and corrective actions, supervising dimensional control and repair teams, and driving process capability and lean initiatives to ensure production quality and compliance.
