Support Senior CSMs by providing white-glove service across hospital accounts, handling escalations, QBR prep, training, cross-sell support, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional handoffs to drive adoption, retention, and account growth.

Lead and scale a global Business Development (BDR) organization to generate pipeline and accelerate new customer acquisition. Develop outbound prospecting strategies, optimize lead qualification and handoffs, track pipeline health and metrics, and build repeatable territory and engagement frameworks. Recruit, coach, and retain distributed teams, partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement, and implement sales engagement technologies to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Manage and grow strategic global accounts as primary customer contact. Drive renewals, expansions, upsells of SaaS and services, manage complex sales cycles and contracts, collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value and retention, maintain CRM records and sales forecasts, and provide industry insight to customers.
