Coordinates recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding administration, background checks, I-9 paperwork, HRIS data entry, employee communications, and general HR support. Maintains accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now, processes employee status changes, supports payroll and benefits coordination, generates reports, assists with routine HR inquiries, and contributes to compliance, engagement, and process standardization across warehouse and office locations.

Build and expand customer accounts by selling premium seafood, meats, poultry, game, and gourmet products to chefs, restaurants, hospitality businesses, and retailers. Identify new business, provide consultative product recommendations, develop sales plans, coordinate pricing, inventory, deliveries, credit documentation, and issue resolution, and maintain customer records.
