Coordinate air import shipments from arrival through final delivery, process and review import documentation, enter shipment data in CargoWise, track customs clearance and delivery milestones, liaise with carriers/brokers/warehouses, ensure U.S. import compliance, validate duties/fees for billing, resolve documentation or clearance issues, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate shipment records.

Drive revenue through indirect channel partners by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing agents, brokers, and strategic alliances. Support partner-led sales with solution development, pricing, proposals, and presentations; manage pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance in CRM; collaborate cross-functionally and represent the company at partner events while resolving escalations and developing joint business plans.

Lead regional safety efforts by ensuring FMCSA, DOT, OSHA compliance; develop and deliver safety programs and training; conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations; analyze metrics and support terminal leadership to reduce risk and improve safety culture. Travel throughout the region and support operational needs.
