Teams at Framework IT

Serve as a strategic technology advisor and fractional CIO for approximately 25 managed services clients. Build IT roadmaps, budgets, security strategies, maturity assessments, and prioritized recommendations. Lead executive planning sessions and QBRs, manage client satisfaction and retention, advise on infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI governance, and coordinate with internal teams on solutions and projects. Maintain account forecasts, vendor relationships, documentation, and client health while mentoring junior team members.
