Directs workers’ compensation and Michigan PIP claims operations, including complex claim strategy, investigation, reserves, medical management, litigation, bill review, compliance, and resolution. Leads department staff through subordinate managers, overseeing performance, development, staffing, budgeting, workflows, vendor and counsel relationships, and operational improvements. Monitors claim outcomes, costs, quality, productivity, and service while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards.

Oversee and administer agency compensation programs for an insurance organization. Responsibilities include gathering, cleansing, reconciling, and modeling compensation data; analyzing incentive programs; developing reports; presenting recommendations to executives; maintaining agreements and documentation; supporting corporate projects; and serving as a subject matter expert for staff, agency partners, and auditors.
