Lead and scale the SMB and Franchise sales organization, managing Sales Managers and field/inside teams to drive revenue, quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and scalable sales processes. Coach leaders, optimize territory coverage, partner cross-functionally, hire and ramp talent, and use performance metrics to improve conversion and efficiency.

Lead and scale paid acquisition for consumer app growth and merchant lead generation. Own strategy, manage agencies, run and optimize campaigns across major ad platforms, build experimentation roadmaps, manage attribution and reporting (AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, Salesforce), and partner with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams.
