Deliver and facilitate new-hire, professional, and leadership training programs through virtual and in-person methods. Develop multimedia learning materials, assess training effectiveness, coach employees, address performance gaps, and collaborate with leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. The role also supports continuous improvement through adult-learning principles, data-driven insights, and emerging training technologies, while occasionally serving as an interim manager for new hires.

Support senior leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, presentations, action items, and confidential information. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, prepare executives for meetings, track follow-ups, improve workflows, and support special projects in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Build and lead FreedomCare’s enterprise leadership development system. Responsibilities include creating a leadership philosophy and competency model, assessing capability gaps, designing leadership pathways and onboarding standards, managing programs, budgets, vendors, technology, governance, and adoption, and measuring behavioral and business impact. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR business partners, executives, and operational leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, succession coverage, mobility, retention, and organizational performance.
