Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of complex pharmaceutical contracts (payor, GPO, IDN, hospital, clinic). Draft and redline agreements, manage RFP/RFI processes, identify and escalate contractual risks, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Legal, Pricing, Marketing), maintain pricing/contract data, and drive process improvements to support biosimilars and specialty product commercialization.

Lead development and execution of multi-year logistics category strategies (4PL, transport, distribution) across the Americas. Manage complex sourcing, RFPs, supplier negotiations and contracts, ensure regulatory and GDP compliance, drive cost, service, risk and sustainability outcomes, and influence senior stakeholders to support pharmaceutical cold-chain supply requirements.

The Director of Procurement Operations oversees Source to Pay activities, leads transformation initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and ensures compliance with procurement standards. This role engages with stakeholders and drives operational excellence.
