Directs finance and controlling for a strategically important production entity, overseeing P&L, working capital, liquidity, forecasting, financial analysis, risk evaluation, and operational planning. The role covers Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, and Florida, with 50–60% travel within the assigned district and elsewhere in the United States as needed.

Manage territory sales to achieve revenue and margin targets. Build customer relationships, pursue new business, prepare quotes/forecasts/reports, track pipeline in C4C, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support product launches and service sales, resolve issues, and maintain safety and quality compliance.

Responsible for driving sales growth in the automotive industry, supporting distributors, and achieving sales goals.

The Technical Sales Representative will drive sales and technical support of surface finishing products in the North Mid-West, focusing on market growth and customer satisfaction.
