Directs finance and controlling for a strategically important production entity, overseeing P&L, working capital, liquidity, forecasting, financial analysis, risk evaluation, and operational planning. Ensures compliance with financial and legal principles, leads annual operating plan simulations, supports country and cluster strategy, and manages local and corporate projects. Requires substantial manufacturing controlling experience, leadership capability, expertise in product costing and process modeling, and advanced SAP proficiency.

Develops new business for wire drawing materials and lubricants, provides technical customer support, supports sales through customer visits and consulting, researches markets and competitors, and maintains CRM records. The role covers Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, and Florida, with 50–60% travel within the assigned district and elsewhere in the United States as needed.

Manage territory sales to achieve revenue and margin targets. Build customer relationships, pursue new business, prepare quotes/forecasts/reports, track pipeline in C4C, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support product launches and service sales, resolve issues, and maintain safety and quality compliance.
