Lead and grow the Operational Transformation consulting practice by originating and delivering large-scale manufacturing transformation engagements. Combine business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership to drive Lean, digital, and AI-enabled improvements across multi-site operations while building firm capabilities and mentoring consulting teams.

Serve as a strategic and hands-on consultant for manufacturing clients, leading operational and digital transformation initiatives (MES, IIoT, automation, AI). Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost; develop roadmaps, business cases, dashboards, and executive deliverables; coach leadership and build client capability while operating as an independent contractor.

As a Senior Advisor, you'll partner with clients in manufacturing to streamline operations, improve performance through specialized knowledge, and lead organizational change while acting as a trusted advisor.
