Lead content design for digital product engagements, including UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, content modeling, taxonomies, and voice and tone systems. Translate ambiguous business and product goals into scalable content foundations, collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and deliver clear, user-centered experiences. This is a remote contract role for applicants in Central or South America and North American aligned time zones.

Architect, deploy, and operate highly available multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Manage Kubernetes, Linux systems, databases, caching platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, security, incident response, and performance optimization. The role also requires automation with Python and Bash, comprehensive documentation, client collaboration, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Build and ship enterprise WordPress features across frontend and backend, including custom Gutenberg blocks, React components, plugins, themes, PHP, HTML, and CSS. Own tickets from requirements through production, translate Figma designs into responsive experiences, use AI-assisted development responsibly, and collaborate asynchronously in English with distributed engineering, design, and delivery teams.
