Own R&D budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, headcount planning, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Partner with technical, product, people, medical, and finance leaders to translate AI/API usage, infrastructure, vendors, lab operations, and personnel investments into accurate financial plans. Build scalable finance processes and planning systems, improve reporting and forecast accuracy, and apply AI to streamline finance workflows in a fast-moving environment.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close tasks; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses; manage accounting for balance sheet areas (prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, cost of sales); support cash reconciliation, audits, tax workpapers, process improvements, and acquisition integration in a fast-growing health technology company.

The Senior Data Scientist will build frameworks for data-driven decision making, develop predictive models, ensure data quality, and enhance customer experiences through analytics and operational insights.
