Oversee daily operations of an outpatient physical therapy clinic while maintaining a clinical caseload. Lead, coach, and mentor physical therapists and PTAs; uphold orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation standards; manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and KPIs; and support clinic growth and performance improvement.

Leads an outpatient physical therapy clinic while maintaining a caseload of 10–12 patients daily. Provides evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation; mentors therapists and PTAs; reviews documentation and outcomes; oversees staffing, scheduling, operations, financial performance, KPIs, referral development, and clinic growth.
