Leads mechanical new product development projects from design through testing and production release. Responsibilities include engineering analysis, CAD modeling, finite element analysis, prototype construction, test planning, root cause analysis, technical documentation, drawing approval, vendor coordination, and cross-functional support. The role also manages schedules, budgets, stage-gate requirements, manufacturing considerations, and customer product specifications.

Manages tooling engineering and toolroom operations for molding processes, including mold design, maintenance, repairs, new product development, process improvement, project management, vendor coordination, and performance metrics. Leads engineers and support staff, maintains tooling documentation and revision control, drives quality and cost initiatives, supports preventive maintenance, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and timely tool delivery.

Own regional revenue and utility accounts for SafeGrid hardware and SaaS solutions. Lead technical discovery, solution positioning, evaluations, proposals, forecasting, and customer negotiations. Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate sales representatives, maintain Salesforce records, and serve as the initial post-sale technical contact. Collaborate with engineering, customer success, legal, and order operations teams while supporting deployment, installation, training, and account handoffs.
