Lead the clinical experience product strategy and EHR/integration roadmap. Define requirements for clinical data infrastructure, drive EHR integrations from spec to production, align engineering and clinical stakeholders, evaluate safe use of AI in clinical products, and manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions through adoption and performance monitoring.

Contract Clinical Recruiter responsible for full-cycle hiring of patient-facing clinical staff (RNs, MAs, NPs). Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage candidate relationships, and close hires for a high-volume, high-touch clinical recruiting process. Remote, 3-month contract with possible extension.

Lead the implementation and eligibility functions, ensuring effective partnerships with sales and client services, focusing on automation and data use to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
