Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning experiences for leaders, managers and coaches. Partner with subject matter experts to build learning architectures, curriculum strategies and learner journeys. Modernize offerings, create facilitator materials and participant resources, evaluate learner needs, and use generative AI to accelerate design while ensuring program quality and measurable behavior change.

Administer and optimize Gallup's global LMS ecosystem (customer-facing and internal), manage configurations, integrations (including Oracle), reporting and analytics, build and deploy digital learning content, maintain governance and QA, write/customize HTML/CSS, troubleshoot platform issues, and use AI/automation to improve personalization and operations.
