Serve as the unit's primary representative in the airport tower, monitor flight and catering operations, communicate changes to dispatch and field teams, make operational decisions, track flight/gate/meal updates, handle customer calls/complaints, and provide backup supervision on the ramp to ensure on-time service and compliance with customer specifications.

Supervise dish room, beverage, pre-load and transportation staff for airline catering. Ensure safety, quality, compliance with customer specs, inventory control, reporting, maintenance coordination, labor scheduling, performance management, and cost control to support timely catering operations.

Provide administrative support for multi-airline meal ordering: answer and dispatch calls, generate billing and check sheets, receive flight loads/meal counts, and perform other duties as assigned.
