Manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly union personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance. Partners with HR and operations on workforce planning, job requirements, manager coaching, training, recruiting partnerships, applicant data maintenance, and reporting. Requires strong interviewing, employment-law knowledge, communication, organization, relationship-building, analytical, and computer skills.

Supervises dish room, beverage, liquor, catering, and transportation-area employees; manages staffing, workflow, training, performance, and labor relations. Ensures food safety, quality, airline specifications, inventory control, equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and cost management. Leads up to 75 union employees while coordinating with management, maintenance, HR, and support teams to improve operational performance and employee retention.

Support and monitor unit Environmental, Health & Safety programs focused on preventing occupational injuries and ensuring environmental and OSHA/EPA compliance. Deliver and manage safety training, maintain training matrices, investigate incidents, develop corrective actions, liaise with clients, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices across the unit.
