Serve as the liaison between airline customers and Gate Gourmet operations to meet service, inventory, quality, and billing expectations. Manage KPIs, reconcile delays, coordinate special events, maintain inventory/par levels, perform audits, and drive invoice accuracy and customer communication. Report to GM/Account Director and support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

Supervises employees in catering operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety. Manages inventory, staffing, performance evaluations, and maintains production standards.
