Owns the USCAN always-on email channel end to end, including Marketo program builds, trigger-based campaigns, governance, deliverability, testing, reporting, event communications, data taxonomy, and approval workflows. Advises sales and marketing stakeholders on email strategy, analyzes performance against benchmarks, recommends improvements, and maintains best practices for accessibility, responsive design, compliance, and lifecycle marketing.

Leads global services financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, reporting, and financial modeling. Partners with regional and operational stakeholders to interpret business drivers, assess profitability and ROI, support strategic initiatives, improve financial processes, and ensure policy compliance. Develops Power BI dashboards and applies AI-enabled analytics while presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Analyzes and processes external commissions for indirect sales channels, manages disputes, and supports P&L estimates, budgeting, forecasting, closing, audits, and reporting. Provides orders, sales, cost, margin, and productivity analytics while supporting contract renewals, automation, Lean initiatives, and performance reviews. Partners with finance, sales, operations, and external stakeholders across business segments.
