Leads finance for a global power transformers business exceeding $2.5 billion in revenue. Partners with business and manufacturing leaders on strategy, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, project margins, pricing, capital allocation, working capital, capacity expansion, and cost competitiveness. Oversees financial controls, transformation, automation, acquisition integration, and global finance talent development while driving profitable growth, margin expansion, cash generation, and operational performance.

Supports energy infrastructure project delivery through schedule development, budget and cost control, forecasting, resource planning, risk monitoring, reporting, change management, and project closeout. Collaborates with project managers, Finance, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with project controls standards and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. The role also supports quality, EHS compliance, and Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads commercial contract management for GE Vernova’s Behind the Meter energy infrastructure portfolio. Responsibilities include negotiating and administering prime contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and supply agreements; managing claims, change orders, and variations; mitigating commercial risk; maintaining contract governance and KPIs; and collaborating with legal, finance, procurement, sourcing, and project teams throughout project execution and closeout.
