Leads GEICO Marketing’s talent transformation programs, including hiring standards, AI-enabled assessments, onboarding, mentorship, learning academies, engagement analysis, ERGs, events, internships, and change enablement. Partners cross-functionally with marketing and People Group leaders to build talent capabilities, strengthen culture, manage change portfolios, and support AI fluency. The role is hybrid with three in-office days weekly in New York City or Chicago.

Provides enterprise-level technical leadership for large-scale software systems and shared platforms. Owns architecture, orchestration patterns, reliability, resilience, developer tooling, and technical roadmaps across multiple teams. Establishes engineering standards, mentors engineers, integrates vendor and internal platforms, and connects technology outcomes to business and reliability metrics. Requires extensive distributed-systems experience and expertise in fault tolerance, recovery design, and organization-wide technical leadership.

Leads privacy, cybersecurity, data breach, technology, commercial, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. Directs privacy and cyber-related investigations, incident response coordination, regulatory inquiries, discovery, outside counsel, litigation strategy, and risk assessments. Advises senior leadership and cross-functional business, technology, information security, compliance, and finance stakeholders on legal exposure and business impact.
