Drive a multi-year transition from quality control to quality assurance and operational excellence while managing resources, procedures, and team performance.

Supervise production employees and coordinate manufacturing schedules, shift communications, safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory goals. Analyze production data, enforce policies, coach and develop staff, manage performance, support hiring and onboarding, maintain capacity plans and parts flow, resolve shop-floor conflicts, and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides onsite Tier 1 and advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, phones, printers, scanners, peripherals, applications, servers, networks, and telephony in office and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, system migrations, documentation, asset inventory, incident triage, vendor coordination, compliance, and user assistance. The role may require on-call, evening, weekend, and interfacility support.

Leads daily value stream operations, continuous improvement, standardized work, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Manages and develops teams, establishes performance systems, coordinates employee training and cross-training, and executes short- and long-term improvement plans. Oversees operational New Product Introductions, supports facility strategy and standards development, and promotes best-practice sharing using Lean, PDCA, and MDI processes.

Provides strategic and full-scope HR support, including employee relations, investigations, recruitment, talent management, compensation, compliance, leadership development, engagement, and organizational change. Advises managers and department leaders, implements HR programs and policies, mentors junior HR staff, and supports orientations and corporate events.

Serves as the business group’s customer contract subject matter expert. Reviews customer agreements and purchase orders, identifies risks and inconsistencies, supports contract execution, maintains an accessible contract repository, documents service-level agreements, and advises sales and cross-functional teams on customer obligations. Partners with finance, legal, sales leadership, and operational groups on forecasts, process improvements, and contract updates. Occasional travel is required.

Manages full-cycle recruitment from job posting through hire, partnering with hiring managers and HR. Sources and screens candidates, supports interviews, ensures legal and policy compliance, maintains a positive candidate experience, contributes to employer branding, participates in career events, and manages ATS records and recruiting reports.

Lead product initiatives for ecobee's Smart Security portfolio, owning device+service experiences that drive onboarding, engagement, subscription growth, and retention. Partner cross-functionally to define requirements, run discovery, measure outcomes, and support go-to-market for integrated hardware and digital features.
