Supports operations and administration by maintaining records, preparing reports, creating spreadsheets and databases, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, processing mail, and handling receptionist duties. The role also assists with personnel and payroll information, trains others on related tasks, and provides operational support to improve team efficiency.

Develop and manage an assigned Energy Systems sales territory, executing territory plans, developing customer accounts, growing product sales, and capturing market share. The role serves as the primary customer contact, conducts market research, manages CRM and ERP opportunity data, supports project outcomes, provides customer feedback, and collaborates with marketing and internal sales teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least four years of territory sales development experience are required.

Leads HR strategy and serves as a strategic business partner for assigned business groups. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development. Manages and develops an HR team, advises leaders, coordinates with HR centers of excellence, and supports hiring and retention initiatives. Provides project leadership, risk mitigation, and change management across cross-functional programs.
