Build and QA responsive HTML emails, reusable templates, landing pages, and lightweight web pages. Configure lifecycle campaigns, journeys, personalization, audience logic, triggers, suppression, and A/B tests in marketing automation platforms. Troubleshoot email rendering and journey issues, validate production data with SQL, collaborate with design, and document modular processes. The role requires strong email-production expertise, web development skills across Rails and Next/React, and careful cross-client and cross-browser testing.

Coordinate clinician onboarding from offer acceptance through start-date readiness. Manage documentation, system access, payroll and tax setup, background checks, compliance credentials, communications, timelines, employee records, and issue escalation. Partner with Recruiting, Clinical Operations, and People Operations while identifying process improvements that make onboarding efficient and seamless.
