Ten-week internship providing hands-on experience in food manufacturing, processing, packaging, production systems, process improvement, loss elimination, team leadership, capital projects, system startups, and initiative management. Interns work in a 24/7 manufacturing plant, learn from and lead operators and technicians, and develop technical and managerial leadership skills.

Completes a 10-week supply chain internship at a U.S. manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include leading projects, managing raw material and finished goods flow, and planning production schedules to improve efficiency and meet business requirements.

Leads food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, sanitation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing plant. The role analyzes process data, manages HACCP and GFSI programs, leads root-cause investigations, supports product development and startups, oversees vendor and sanitation performance, and coaches quality and plant personnel. It also drives digitization, analytics, corrective actions, and cross-functional improvements to reduce quality losses and ensure safe, compliant products.
