Lead and scale GM's enterprise Privacy and AI governance operations: build workflows, training, metrics, reporting, and documentation; operationalize AI impact assessments and governance platform; drive continuous improvement, automation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to strengthen privacy and responsible AI program maturity.

Provide on-site third-level automotive technical support and diagnostics to GM dealers, resolve escalated Techline cases, reduce repurchases/warranty expense, train dealership staff, evaluate service readiness, report field product issues, and support regional wholesale and legal matters. Requires extensive dealership repair experience and frequent territory travel.

Manage and engage Buick GMC dealers across a territory through frequent store visits, sales coaching, marketing and product launch support, inventory and CSI oversight, training, data analysis, and customer issue resolution to drive vehicle and parts sales.
