Lead the architecture of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, designing models, integrating systems, and ensuring platform governance while collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing performance.

Lead and coach a Customer Success team to drive retention, growth, and adoption of Genesys CX products. Own executive and quarterly business reviews, manage escalations, enable cross-functional collaboration (onboarding, services, renewals, sales), and deliver data-driven insights to realize customer outcomes and advocacy.

Lead execution of Customer Success strategic initiatives from concept to delivery. Translate priorities into plans, track progress/risks, perform deep-dive analysis, produce executive communications, align cross-functional stakeholders, and improve processes and tools to drive measurable outcomes.
