Leads product marketing strategy for Genesys’ Workforce Engagement Management portfolio. Owns positioning, messaging, category narrative, competitive differentiation, packaging, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, customer proof, and AI-focused thought leadership. Partners with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing to influence roadmap and commercial outcomes. Builds and develops a high-performing WEM product marketing team while measuring adoption, pipeline, expansion, seller effectiveness, and market perception.

Own revenue accounting systems, reporting, dashboards, data models, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translate accounting requirements into scalable improvements across Salesforce, Zuora, Snowflake, Tableau, and related data flows. Analyze and reconcile financial data, identify root causes, strengthen controls, improve data quality, and develop exception monitoring. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance Systems, IT, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams while documenting processes and supporting governance and audit readiness.

Build and operate full-stack, AI-powered applications and agentic systems for enterprise customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing React and TypeScript frontends, backend services, LLM integrations, tool-using agents, evaluation frameworks, and AWS-hosted services. The role owns features end to end, translates ambiguous customer problems into products, prototypes rapidly, and improves system reliability, safety, observability, cost, latency, and robustness in production.
