Plans and leads departmental IT projects from concept through implementation, managing teams of 6–20, budgets, schedules, scope, risks, quality, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional integration. The role mentors project managers, facilitates meetings, oversees SDLC procedures, tracks project costs and productivity, and ensures deliverables meet business objectives, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction expectations.
