Maintains customer relationships, addresses accounting discrepancies, trains staff, supports other stations, and ensures adherence to international air freight procedures, customs regulations, security requirements, and trade rules.

Lead growth and strategy for Italian trade lanes, develop key North American customer relationships, drive proposals/RFIs/RFQs, build and lead a team, and coordinate regional budgets and opportunities.
