Supports installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, backups, antivirus, and reporting for computer, telecommunications, networking, and warehouse management systems. Assists with WMS configuration, enhancements, data extraction testing, process control, training, and equipment needs. Coordinates projects, resolves system and process errors, and communicates with technical and non-technical users in a warehouse environment.

Directs air import and export operations for a logistics station, overseeing productivity, account setup, client onboarding, employee management, compliance, reporting, technology, and problem resolution. Maintains customer relationships, addresses accounting discrepancies, trains staff, supports other stations, and ensures adherence to international air freight procedures, customs regulations, security requirements, and trade rules.

Lead growth and strategy for Italian trade lanes, develop key North American customer relationships, drive proposals/RFIs/RFQs, build and lead a team, and coordinate regional budgets and opportunities.
