Serve as the customer service liaison for freight forwarding: select carriers and routings, process and file shipment documentation in Cargowise/AS400, coordinate with overseas agents and warehouse staff, calculate rates and conversions, complete invoicing and ensure 95%+ data accuracy, assist customers with tracking and issues, and comply with carrier and government regulations.

Serve as the customer service liaison for air export operations: process and file shipment documents, enter and track requests in CargoWise, communicate with internal teams and external partners, ensure compliance with TSA and government regulations, and maintain operational procedures.

Lead growth and strategy for Italian trade lanes, develop key North American customer relationships, drive proposals/RFIs/RFQs, build and lead a team, and coordinate regional budgets and opportunities.
