Support full-cycle event management and membership initiatives: logistics, promotion, vendor/venue research, post-event follow-up, CRM maintenance, member outreach, communications, and design of event materials while attending and representing the Chamber at events.

Support GACC Midwest marketing and communications by creating and scheduling social media content, analyzing performance, producing newsletters and promotional materials, assisting event photography/video and on-site support, performing occasional website edits, and collaborating with other departments to strengthen brand presence.

Plan, coordinate, and execute membership and events for GACC Midwest, including logistics, sponsorships, budgets, vendor/contracts, CRM data management, member outreach, reporting, and mentoring interns while collaborating with marketing and accounting teams.
