Design, program, test, and commission PLC and SCADA systems (Siemens and/or Rockwell) for cooling and mechanical plant equipment. Build supervisory logic, SCADA/HMI, safety interlocks, integrate OEM equipment via industrial protocols, create digital twins, lead field commissioning, and develop surrounding software, data pipelines, and tooling.

Own the design, deployment, and production operation of Giga’s SCADA and BMS platform across data center sites. Build Ignition-based operator screens, historians, alarms, dashboards, templates, and integrations with mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain OT connectivity, backups, documentation, and system reliability; support site testing and troubleshoot live incidents. Collaborate with network, security, controls, and site operations teams, participate in after-hours on-call support, and travel regularly to active sites.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, candidate evaluation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define requirements, create recruiting plans, and improve hiring processes. Source passive candidates through technical communities and industry networks, deliver a strong candidate experience, maintain accurate Greenhouse pipelines and metrics, and adapt quickly in a high-growth startup environment.
