Serve as a technical pre-sales trusted advisor for GitLab in the West region, leading technical discovery, solution design, POC/POV efforts, workshops, and value stream assessments. Collaborate with Account Executives to drive account strategy and platform adoption, advise on DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Build long-term relationships, create reusable technical collateral, and continually deepen expertise in GitLab, AI, and cloud technologies to influence revenue growth and customer transformation.

Serve as a senior technical advisor for East-region customers: lead technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, and solution design; own complex technical evaluations; develop account-level adoption strategies; advise on DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, and cloud; mentor peers and relay field feedback to product and engineering.

Lead and scale GitLab's procurement function: build strategy, policies, vendor relationships, and procure-to-pay processes. Drive hyperscaler and strategic vendor negotiations, implement AI-first automation, define KPIs, partner with stakeholders and auditors, and develop a high-performing procurement team to support responsible growth and operational efficiency.
