Own and evolve the AWS-based platform powering product and AI workloads. Design IaC (Pulumi), build CI/CD pipelines, manage observability, respond to incidents, support LLM workflows (Bedrock, SageMaker), and partner with engineering and ML teams to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Project-manage onboarding and data integrations for Version2.ai customers, leading CRM-to-platform integrations (SFTP/data exports), using Trello to track deliverables, engaging clients to meet timelines, liaising between clients and engineering, and creating documentation and processes to drive adoption and scalability.

Own account expansion and renewals within an existing customer base. Build executive relationships, partner with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities, negotiate pricing and contracts, manage HubSpot opportunity records, and ensure timely renewals. Responsible for quarterly goals across expansion and renewal motions.
