Owns and prioritizes the software product backlog, translates roadmaps and business priorities into technical requirements, and creates user stories and acceptance criteria. Leads Scrum refinement and other Agile ceremonies, collaborates with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, manages requirements documentation, and communicates technical risks and dependencies. The role also supports regulatory and system engineering requirements for products in the medical device or regulated healthcare industry.

Develop and maintain high-quality desktop software for hearing healthcare products. Responsibilities include understanding audiology business needs, designing software architecture, creating productivity tools, executing development tasks, debugging, validation and unit testing, documentation, and collaboration within an Agile/SAFe team.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls, consultations, emails, lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing. Educate prospects about hearing solutions, maintain accurate Salesforce records, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve individual sales goals and KPIs in a remote, customer-focused environment.
