Teams at GoDaddy

Oversee revenue accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, SOX compliance, internal controls, and ASC 606 and GAAP adherence. Develop SOPs, support transaction decision-making, improve data sources and anomaly detection, and implement automation and AI initiatives. Partner with finance, data, and business teams, communicate complex financial concepts, drive process improvements, and potentially mentor or manage team members.

Lead GoDaddy’s developer platform growth function, making the platform discoverable and recommended by developers and AI systems. Own agent engine optimization, AI-agent distribution, platform partnerships, developer GTM channels, community engagement, change communications, events, and platform storytelling. Build cross-functional programs with product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams while measuring platform-led growth through AI referrals, citations, adoption, provisioning, attach, and retention.

Handles inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat; troubleshoots technical issues, identifies customer needs, recommends GoDaddy products, and drives sales. Maintains product and pricing knowledge, meets service and sales metrics, and supports outbound sales efforts when needed. The role requires working some nights, weekends, and holidays.
