The Staff Software Engineer will build and maintain GoGuardian's Safety product suite, lead architectural decisions, mentor developers, and champion AI adoption in engineering workflows.

Own end-to-end proposal and bid management for K-12, SLED, and public-sector opportunities, including bid strategy, compliance, pricing, submissions, content libraries, and AI-enabled processes. Lead capture activities involving education funding streams, cooperative and state contract vehicles, vendor lists, and procurement relationships. Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, legal, and security while reporting on win rates, revenue influence, contract utilization, and pipeline coverage.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customer accounts. Drive renewals, retention, expansions, and cross-sells while guiding onboarding and product adoption. Monitor customer health, mitigate churn, maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, and achieve ARR targets. Build trusted-advisor relationships, advocate for customers internally, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and support strategic growth plans. Travel up to 30% may be required.
