Teams at Gong

Owns the design, automation, and continuous improvement of persona-based demo environments, sandboxes, datasets, and reusable technical assets. Partners with Product, Engineering, partners, and go-to-market teams to integrate features, automate provisioning and monitoring, resolve technical issues, and demonstrate business outcomes. Leads demo-related initiatives, tracks adoption and usage analytics, enables internal teams, and presents technical demonstrations to strategic audiences, conferences, and executive briefings.

Build and own a 0-to-1 talent engineering function by integrating Workday, Greenhouse, Gem, and BrightHire; creating governed talent data infrastructure; developing AI agents and automated workflows; improving recruiting analytics, sourcing, interview quality, offer effectiveness, and recruiter capacity; and evaluating build-versus-buy opportunities. The role requires production integration engineering, backend scripting, SQL, LLM workflows, access-control design, and experimentation skills.

Serve as a senior legal partner to Gong’s go-to-market organization. Lead complex enterprise SaaS, AI, licensing, professional services, and strategic commercial negotiations; advise Sales and business leaders on legal risk and deal strategy; develop contracting templates and playbooks; improve legal processes; collaborate cross-functionally; and mentor junior lawyers.
