Teams at Goodman Theatre

Lead corporate fundraising and sponsorships, managing 50–75 corporate partners to raise $850K–$1M annually. Develop pitches, steward donors, liaise with trustees and Goodman Business Council, run annual corporate giving campaign, track activity in Tessitura, and collaborate across departments on events and partnership opportunities.

Assists the Properties Supervisor with sourcing, shopping, ordering, constructing, delivering, maintaining, and storing props for theater productions. Researches period-appropriate items, supports rehearsals and performances, participates in load-ins and load-outs, maintains equipment and work areas, and manages multiple projects. Requires professional props experience, driving qualifications, physical lifting ability, flexibility for overtime and weekends, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides ticketing and customer service support to theater patrons through in-person and remote channels. Processes single-ticket, subscription, and exchange transactions; assists with accessibility and seating requests; maintains patron accounts; and supports ticketing department operations. Requires evening and weekend availability across two Chicago theater locations, with approximately 24 hours per week preferred.
