Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across the web stack, including front end, back end, APIs, databases, and data pipelines. Write and review technical documentation, code, and unit tests; support builds and deployments; troubleshoot issues; and collaborate with engineering teams, TPMs, and business stakeholders. Apply Agile practices, manage delivery expectations, integrate Salesforce with business applications, and support scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Analyzes complex datasets to uncover business insights, develops dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools, and presents recommendations to stakeholders. Partners with engineering, operations, and other teams to solve business problems, prioritize strategy and projects, manage deliverables, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Manage complex, interdependent enterprise programs across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include project planning, executive reporting, delivery oversight, consensus building, readiness testing, risk and dependency management, and resolving roadblocks through market launch. The role supports cross-product initiatives that advance internet access and requires strong collaboration with organizational leadership and subject matter experts.
