Candidates must be licensed in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Missouri. Hybrid and fully remote arrangements are available.

Represents clients in technology-related litigation involving software disputes, SaaS agreements, licensing, cybersecurity breaches, data privacy, and intellectual property. Handles pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, case strategy, client risk mitigation, and complex client relationships while collaborating with litigators, technical experts, and cross-functional teams.
