Serve as the primary technical lead for a portfolio of Grafana customers: design observability architectures, guide implementation and onboarding, conduct technical reviews and RCA, drive adoption and ROI, deliver training and documentation, and represent customer needs to Product and Engineering.

As a Senior Observability Architect, you'll lead technical customer engagement, guide observability solutions implementation, and advocate for customer needs while driving adoption of Grafana's products.

Lead architecture, delivery, and operation of large distributed telemetry databases. Define technical strategy, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability practices; drive performance, cost, and observability improvements; lead incident response and cross-team projects; mentor engineers; and represent engineering to stakeholders.
