Supports technology due diligence for private equity and strategic clients by assessing software architecture, codebases, technical debt, cloud infrastructure, product roadmaps, engineering operations, scalability, security, hosting costs, SaaS economics, and R&D spending. Prepares diligence materials, deal insights, and management Q&A analyses while connecting technology performance to valuation, growth, and margin sustainability.

Oversees multiple financial statement audit engagements, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, audit execution, and final deliverables. Applies Grant Thornton methodology and PCAOB, AICPA, GAAS, IFRS, and US GAAP standards. Manages engagement teams, trains staff, resolves complex audit issues, advises clients on business improvements, supports proposals, and develops client relationships. The role supervises 2–6 employees and requires up to 25% domestic travel.

Leads financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side middle-market transactions. Manages client engagements, analyzes financial data, evaluates quality of earnings and working capital, prepares transaction reports, and presents findings. Builds client relationships, supports business development and sales targets, manages project teams, mentors staff, recruits candidates, and coordinates cross-functional advisory resources. The role requires accounting expertise, leadership, communication skills, and up to 25% travel.
