Lead end-to-end HR and Payroll transformation engagements: assess current-state, design future-state operating models (GBS/shared services), select and implement HCM/payroll systems, optimize processes, drive governance and change management, manage project delivery, mentor teams, build client relationships, and support proposal and thought leadership activities.

Lead data-driven analyses supporting M&A and private equity transactions. Clean, combine, model, and visualize large financial, customer, pricing, and operational datasets using Python, Alteryx, SQL, and BI tools. Deliver insights on revenue, margin, profitability, and value-creation opportunities, manage client deliverables, mentor juniors, and support business development and proposals.
