Manage and grow customer accounts across industrial automation markets, including OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, food and beverage, and water treatment. Identify sales opportunities, develop key market verticals, present products and services, collaborate with suppliers and internal automation teams, address customer needs, and achieve sales and profit targets.

Coordinate large, complex customer orders from entry through delivery, returns, credits, billing, and invoicing. Serve as the liaison between customers and vendors, prepare material submittals, provide project reporting, and ensure timely delivery to project sites. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service skills, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
