Teams at Great Northern

Leads Industrial Design and Graphic Design teams while directing creative strategy, customer presentations, concept development, product development, and project execution. Reviews designs for visual quality, technical feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and retail suitability. Manages workloads, resources, schedules, estimating, and design processes while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and customers. Provides hands-on support with CAD, sketching, rendering, prototyping, and concept development as needed.

Coordinates the execution and production of custom point-of-purchase displays. Purchases project materials, collaborates with production, account executives, engineering, estimating, and outside resources, and ensures products meet customer expectations and company policies. The role requires strong organization, communication, purchasing, negotiation, analytical, mechanical, and multitasking skills, along with familiarity with manufacturing materials, processes, Microsoft Office, and engineering drawings.
