Lead Strategic Giving by managing a $25K+ major donor portfolio, overseeing four Relationship Managers, driving donor engagement and portfolio strategy, producing data-informed forecasting and executive reports, and building multi-year fundraising strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of 800+ partner organizations across Cook County, provide training, technical assistance, compliance support, and site visits, track partner interactions in CRM systems, coordinate cross-team projects, and support partner onboarding, audits, and program expansion to advance equitable food access and organizational mission.

Lead and develop the Partner Relations team to strengthen relationships with food bank partners, oversee partner-facing programs and projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support strategic priorities and system improvements, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement to enhance equitable food access across Cook County.
