Serve as the initial neighbor contact, providing in-person and phone-based support: screen for benefits, refer to services, document cases in CRM, follow up, and meet KPIs. Provide administrative help with benefits applications and maintain confidential client records.

Lead strategy and performance of the Leadership Annual Giving program ($1,000–$24,999 donors). Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, supervise two Relationship Managers, develop integrated multi-channel engagement with Direct Response, drive pipeline to major gifts, analyze program performance, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 mid-level donors ($1,000–$24,999), develop tailored engagement and stewardship strategies, qualify and refer major gift prospects, maintain accurate donor records, support moves-management, pipeline analysis, and collaborate with colleagues to grow individual giving.
